Prerequisite: Completion of Level 4 and instructor approval.

In This Level You Will:

• Train elite-level inverted combinations

• Utilize both static and spinning poles

• Refine performance quality

• Prepare for competition and advanced performance settings

Competitors who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in a division must move up at least one level within 12 months.
