This class is for pretty much all levels (must have taken at least 2 classes) to choose the style of class they want each week!
Have you been wanting to work on: spinning pole? Basic transitions? Proper form and extension? Floor moves?
Every week the instructor will post a poll for the students to choose their adventure!
Attire: Please wear either clean sneakers or bare feet to class, workout clothes that you can move freely in, shorts, and a top that allows for skin access to the waist and tops of your shoulders.
