Excel Yoga Flow offers well-rounded sequences of postures from Sun Salutations, to standing strength, twists, balance, backbends, inversions and core-strengthening postures.
Poses flow fluidly and dynamically from one to the other in conjunction with the breath. Focus is on proper alignment in each pose.
Yoga Flow will help you develop strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and focus. It is appropriate for any level (from beginner to advance) as modifications and challenges will be offered.
