This Online Restorative Yoga / Yoga Nidra class offers the benefits of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Restorative yoga uses poses to relax & rejuvenate the body using props that allow you to completely relax into teach pose. Each posture is held any where from 4-10 minutes allowing you time to find the perfect pose for you and to completely relax into it. Your teacher will verbally guide you into each posture and then allow you to rest isn quiet peacefulness for the majority of the time in the posture.
Yoga Nidra supports you in relaxing, resetting and rejuvenating. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation technique, performed in savasana or resting position on your back. This guided meditation guides you through 5 stages to allow you to reboot and end the practice feeling completely rejuvenated.
