Yin yoga is composed of slow-paced poses, primarily down on
the mat, with poses being held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga
poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues - the
tendons, fascia, and ligaments — with the aim of increasing
circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This is a more
meditative approach to yoga which helps cultivate awareness of
one's inner silence.
This classes perfect for any age or level student. No
experience or flexibility needed!
This class is an On-line hybrid class - meaning that the
teacher will be leading live in studio students, as well as
recording the class for students at home. The recording will be
available as a live stream during class and also as an on-demand
recording for 48 hours after class time (You must register before
class start or be a monthly unlimited member to access these
recordings). Monthly unlimited members will have access to all
class recordings for 1 full month.
