Embrace Fall with strength, stability and mindful awareness. We will cultivate mindfulness through longer savasanas and meditations, as well as explore yoga through mindful movement. The series will cultivate heat, stability and strength, leaving you feeling calm, grounded and aware. This is a moderate yoga flow, and everyone is welcome. Modifications for poses will be offered to ensure they are accessible. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and to feel comfortable to take breaks as needed.
Kristy has had extensive training in mindfulness meditation and has taken part in the 600 hr yoga teacher training at Ahimsa.
