Vinyasa Flow classes are strong, alignment-based fluid offerings which challenge students to build strength and stability through functional movement patterns. The classes are not fast-paced, but they are vigorous, and students can expect to be challenged with building strength through creative approaches to familiar postures and transitions. There is less focus on passive stretching and flexibility and more on dynamic stretching and muscle integrity. These classes are suitable for students who have already established a regular yoga practice and are looking to investigate how to deepen their practices on a physical level.
