Need to clear and center your mind for the day? This class allows you to wake up the body and gently move through each fiber of your being. We will begin with a gentle warm up, allowing the body to accept all the practice has to offer. We will transition into a wakeful vinyasa practice to help our bodies prepare for the day. Classes will vary in focus between standing, twisting, hip opening, and back bending asanas.
Props such as straps, blankets, and blocks may be necessary.
This class is open to students of all levels, even new yogis!
