TONE + TRX
This Reformer-based workout combines your Pilates work
with the incredibly effective TRX® suspension training
system. The TRX® training system puts your Pilates body to
the test. Stability challenges will enhance strength, coordination,
mobility, and balance. This TRX/Reformer fusion class makes daily
movements more efficient and precise and is an excellent choice for
those who run, golf, play tennis, cycle, and
more. Prepare to sweat!
If you are familiar with
TRX, but new to reformer, please attend our Beginner Reformer class
Saturdays at 10 am, prior to joining this
class.
• THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: Those looking to add diversity
to their regular Pilates routine. Those already familiar with group
Reformer classes and TRX classes at Longevita.
• THIS CLASS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR: Those brand
new to the Pilates Reformer or TRX.
• RECOMMENDED: Non-slip socks (available for purchase at the
studio) and water.
