Heated to 80-85 degrees this class combines Basic Yoga Poses
with some Kick Your Butt free weight exercises! This is not your
mother’s yoga. Sculpt Flow will challenge and grow your strength
and flexibility all to some awesome musical jams. Squats, Lunges,
Cardio – we got you! All this and fun loving and encouraging
teachers to motivate and challenge you to be your absolute best,
both on and off your mat. This is an ALL Levels class with
modifications and variations offered for each exercise to
personalize and challenge each and every student.
