group classes. Designed for new and advancing practitioners.
Basic's class is paced to cultivate strength, flexibility, and
balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures. This
class will enhance your understanding of alignment through longer
held postures and exploration of transitioning from posture to
posture resulting in a deeply connected mind-body experience and
self-empowerment.
