This 45 minute class delivers a unique and fun, full-body workout. Pilates Chair classes are the ultimate for strength building with core pilates principles with attention to breath and form. Some of these total-body movements include: scapular mobility, reciprocal exercises for the legs, and stability challenges for the core, shoulders and pelvis. The Chair creates a unique and challenging way to build strength in the core, improve balance and increase muscle coordination and control.  This Chair class is not recommended for clients new to the Pilates Chair.  The Tuesday 8:15 Chair class is better suited for new to chair clients!
