This class blends the TRX Suspension Trainer with a variety of other modalities (resistance bands, dumbbells, slider discs, stability balls and more!) plus short cardio bursts, for a total body workout. Mixing up your routine is a great way to keep your body guessing and propel you towards your fitness goals. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through each move at your own pace. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Modifications are given to accommodate beginners and advanced fitness levels.
