This class will leave you feel invegorated and ready for a new
start to the week. It will consist of 30 minutes of movement and
heart rate elevating poses, to get your sweat on. Then 30 minutes
into the class we will be on the floor for the hip openers and
floor poses that leave you feeling reinvigorated and refreshed for
the new week. In this class you will find stillness in movement,
then experience the power in stillness. There will be an equal
blend of flow and deep stretching. This class is an all levels
class and will be heated to +- 88 degrees with our far infrared
heat source that helps detox your body.
