Our Barre Technique is a fun, effective workout that will not waste your time. Focusing on proper postural alignment, isometric movements are used to fatigue muscle groups where women tend to struggle most- the arms, thighs, seat, and abdominals. Stretching is the ‘smart‘ ingredient to achieving the long, lean look of a dancer, and is added intermittently throughout the class. Our dynamic instructors enhance your experience with their strong backgrounds in either dance, Pilates, and fitness. Their expertise keep classes interesting, and clients challenged and motivated.
