Boot Camp is one full hour of put-your-head-down-and-go-hard. Classes are a blend of calisthenic exercises, obstacles and varying levels of intensity and are designed to push you just out of YOUR comfort zone. Our coaches will help modify and/or scale for any fitness needs, so don't be afraid to jump in the fun of our Rhino Boot Camp!
