In this class we will work with breath and movement to
“unfold.” Yoga is about our body, mind, Spirit connection…UNITY.
The Yoga experience is different for each of us. Liz believes that
breath has the power to transform and heal. Getting to know your
body and what works best for you is the goal here. Can we listen a
little deeper? How can we create space within for unfolding? This
class is accessible to everyone, and is a gentle yet deep practice.
We work on developing skills to use on and off the mat, reduce
stress and develop balance in all areas. This class is designed for
beginners; as well as those who wish to delve a little deeper.
