Flexibility plays a crucial role for pole and fitness athletes, welcoming participants of all levels. During this class, students will be guided on conditioning and loosening up their muscles through a variety of dynamic and passive stretches.
Teachers will demonstrate the correct and safe techniques to gradually improve flexibility, allowing for deeper stretches and extensions in the long term.
