Flexibility is important for everyone, especially pole & fitness athletes. In this class, students will learn how to condition & loosen up their entire body using a series of dynamic and static stretches.
Teachers will demonstrate proper and safe techniques to gradually enhance your flexibility allowing you to get deeper into your stretches & extensions permanently.
