A beginner-level cardio pole dance class where students learn a spicy pole routine. Routines may include spins, chair moves, and floor work. In some classes, we will focus on new moves, which will add up to a routine at the end of class, while in others we will perfect pole technique and routines learned in previous classes.
COVID Studio Policy: Wearing a mask inside the studio is mandatory. Masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES. Please continue to practice social distancing. Each apparatus will be cleaned and sanitized vigilantly and all students will be provided sanitizer and wipes for individual use.
How To Prepare: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session. Wear comfortable workout clothes. We highly recommend wearing shorts and a tank top (advanced skills require more skin exposure). Do not wear any lotions or oils.
No Shows/Cancelations: We require a minimum of 12 hours cancellation notice in order to keep your class credit. If you choose to cancel within 12 hours of the class, class credit will be lost.
Please note, the studio may cancel a class if there are 2 or fewer students signed up. If your class has been cancelled due to low attendance, your class will be credited back to your student account.
