This is a multilevel vinyasa-style practice. We will start off by slowly warming the body and then transition to a blend of sun salutes, standing & balancing postures. In the last 20-30 minutes of class, we will cool the body back down with gentle seated & reclined postures. All levels are welcome & encouraged to come. Appropriate modifications and variations will be offered to meet all needs. Class is 75 minutes.
