Aerial Yoga is a hybrid of Yoga and Aerial Arts using a hammock to help deepen stretches, build strength, and open your mind to new ways of exercise movement. This class is the gateway to circus classes offered in the circus studio. We recommend this class to those interested in beginning a circus practice in order to build strength in grip and core.
This is a challenging class, but your instructor will provide modifications and options to make this a fun experience for all levels and all bodies. Taking the offered modifications will help you build strength safer and more efficiently.
Pre-registration is required, walk-ins are not accepted. Must sign up before class as space is limited.
