Bungee Fit is an intensive 40-minute workout, you push more, run more, fly more, and burn more! It's non-stop in this HIIT style total body + bungee movement class. The Bungee is where the strength training comes in - allowing you to access challenging moves such as one handed push-ups and handstands. Movements that are normally out of reach for many, are suddenly doable!
We reserve the right to cancel any class if less than 2 people are signed up. If we are canceling, we will notify you by text and/or email at least 2 hours before classes that are scheduled. We do this because our format is group fitness which by definition requires a group, we have set the minimum group size at 2. Prevent your favorite class from canceled by registering as soon as you are absolutely positive you can attend.
