This is a non-bungee class. Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for. This class invites all fitness levels.
We reserve the right to cancel any class if less than 2 people are signed up. If we are canceling, we will notify you by text and/or email at least 2 hours before classes that are scheduled. We do this because our format is group fitness which by definition requires a group, we have set the minimum group size at 2. Prevent your favorite class from canceled by registering as soon as you are absolutely positive you can attend.
