We highly recommend wearing two layers of shorts or leggings for extra padding until you get used to the harness. Some client's wear padded bike shorts over their leggings. The harness is padded for comfort but after an hour of activity you may feel a little pressure/pinching where the harness touches your body as you will be pushing and pulling against the resistance of the bungee.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first Bungee Workout class.
