A chair is an incredible tool to add some flair, some challenge and a lot of fun.
You will start connecting with a focused warm-up sequence, followed by twists, warrior poses, lunges, balancing postures plus many creative variations all geared towards supporting your body’s flexibility, strength, confidence, awareness, focus and stamina.               *Sun salutations on the chair – FUN…

*Do not confuse chair yoga with lazy yoga…. You will be moving and grooving
