Barre is a ballet inspired workout that focuses on small isometic movements. In this class we use the barre, mini handweights and mini balls to sculpt slim and stretch your entire body. This class is broken up into three segments: upper body, lower body and core.
We reserve the right to cancel any class if less than 2 people are signed up. If we are canceling, we will notify you by text and/or email at least 2 hours before classes that are scheduled. We do this because our format is group fitness which by definition requires a group, we have set the minimum group size at 2. Prevent your favorite class from canceled by registering as soon as you are absolutely positive you can attend.
