The Intermediate class is the most attended and the most
varied in fitness levels. You will learn new movement patterns,
progression of skills, and work on proper form. We vary the workout
style often (reps, timed intervals, stations, self-paced) to
provide variety and a challenging, progressive training stimulus.
Basically, you’ll be challenged to do new things with your body and
you’ll love it!
