Recommended for students with at least 6 months of consistent vinyasa practice. The room will be maintained warm around 78 degrees (+/- 3), but not heated to a higher temperature like our heated classes.
LEVEL 2 Vinyasa classes explore complex movements and sequences including arm balances and inversions layered over solid foundations. These classes may incorporate core exercises, deeper backbends, hip opening, twists and forward folds. The teacher will encourage rest periods and offer modifications as needed
