This class incorporates flowing sequences, breathwork, balance sequences and guided relaxation to enter the weekend with vitality. Focus will be on awareness of alignment, strength and balance. Students will deepen their understanding of core poses and the effects they can have on body, breath, emotions and a sense of becoming more centered.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle on your mat for the start of class. Students are not permitted to join class after it has started out of respect for the teacher and other students.
