<p>Yin is a style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. It is the perfect compliment to our Yang style of yoga (vinyasa flow, power). Yin is a very passive approach where you perform the majority of the poses seated or laying down. As the body unravels and releases stress, circulation increases and energy ignites! The poses are held for roughly 3-5 minutes to target connective tissues, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of lubricating and protecting our joints. Students of every level are encouraged to participate. <em>(Non-heated)</em> </p>
