The class is designed in a variety of formats

will have you moving with ease whether it is the ability to pick up
a child from a crib, shoveling snow in a blizzard, or hiking the
Grand Canyon, you'll find yourself able to navigate through life
and mother nature much easier. Keep fit, balanced, strong, and
energized incorporating the use of your own body, free weights for
