This class is totally focused on two problem areas, mainly abs and glutes. Although spot reduction is not possible, we will tighten your abs and glutes and build a strong core.

Bring water, a towel, and dress comfortably in appropriate workout attire, and wear tennis shoes (Vibram FiveFingers are permitted in class)
You are required to provide your own mats and towels. Due to COVID-19, SWEAT will no longer be providing shared mats for use in any class. Our used mats are for sale for home use; if used at SWEAT, they must be used by you only and travel with you home.
