Half Cardio, Half Weights: the class splits into 2 groups and you'll alternate working on cardio and weight training, so each class gives a balance of both! Upbeat music, no choreography.
Due to the limited amount of people we can have per class, we require sign-ups for all of our classes. We also have a waiting list. If you signed up and are not able to make it to class, please cancel so the people on the waiting list can take your spot.
Please allow extra time for class prep and sanitation beforea and after classes.
