Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced while sitting in a chair, or standing while using the chair for support. Held in our not-hot Himalayan salt room, the class is for all ages and abilities. It can be as challenging as the practitioner desires. The class focuses on breath with movement and meditation.
