In this class, we'll bring down the energy and ground
ourselves through gentle movement , meditation, relaxation and
aromatherapy. Enjoy a relaxing flow catered to everyBODY. Through
breathing techniques, gentle movement and deep relaxation ...we
will create a bridge between our physical selves and higher selves
(paramatman). The goal is to reach a place of peace and deep
understanding of who we are and why we are here. You will be
introduced to to help aid in emotional healing( oils change each
week). You can opt out on getting the aromatherapy if you have
allergies just tell the teacher prior to start of class. You can
expect a gentle warm up, a few standing stabilizing poses and then
3-4 restorative poses and a guided meditation to soothe and
restore your body mind and soul.
