A vigorous vinyasa flow that blends breathing, stretching and
strengthening of your entire body. Lots of Chaturungas and balance
work. This class will whip you into shape to start attempting more
advanced asanas like arm balancing and inversions, which will be
offered. Infrared Heat will be added to heighten the experience.
Please bring water and a towel. This is a level 2/3 (prior practice
recommended) 60min.
