During this workshop we will discuss and explore multiple meditation techniques including Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is sometimes referred to as yogic sleep and it is a powerful relaxation tool. It is a guided meditation practice that can help to sooth a frazzled nervous system and bring about feelings of health and well-being. Expect a short, gentle yoga asana practice to help relax the body along with a meditation discussion and a 45-minute Yoga Nidra. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis looking to connect to their meditation practice. No yoga asana or meditation experience necessary. This workshop is an excellent way to explore the subtler aspects of a yoga practice. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket, bolster, or pillow to make yourself comfortable.
