Do you think you “can’t meditate” because your mind is just too busy? I did too. But guess what… It’s ok if your mind is busy! You are a human being after all. Being “good at meditating” just means showing up for yourself consistently. Join us to discuss meditation from a yogic perspective. We’ll cover lots of tips for how to meditate and how powerful a meditation practice can be. We’ll end with my favorite meditative practice, Yoga Nidra. Expect discussion, some gentle movement, a few short meditation practices and a longer Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice to end our time together. Come dressed in cozy clothes and in addition to your mat bring a pillow or bolster, a blanket or beach towel and anything else that would make you comfortable sitting and lying down on the floor. Current yoga teachers can receive 2 CEUs.
