Start off class with a typical STALL BAR workout to get good
and warm (or hot, lol):
Mat exercises, cardio, light weights, and stall bar sequences
that are great for all levels to strengthen head to toe!
Then we'll switch gears to LL BARRE (Length & Lines) to
incorporate some deep stretching into class and work on our
flexibility focusing on splits, backbends, shoulder
flexibility.

*We recommend leggings, leg-warmers, for class, however, we want
you comfortable, so wear your favs!
