Our fight team boxing program is great fit for the recreational
athlete, or even the mixed martial artist looking to improve their
hand technique and are serious to compete.
Our Classes blend cardiovascular and core training through shadow
boxing, jumping rope, pad work, boxing drills, heavy bag routines,
abdominal exercises and sparring sessions to create the same by our
competitive fighters.
at Orlando boxing you will learn proper punching technique as well
as footwork and head movement skills that will challenge your body
and give you an incredible workout
