Care for your Back is a targeted course that is aiming at helping participants to develop core strength and correct alignment to support the back. The routine is simple and developed over a variety of Pilates equipment to provide the best tools for a better life.

Dates Monday & Wednesday at 7pm from September 16th till October 21st

All thesessions have to be taken within the dates specified above.

Courses are not refundable non-exchangeable, non-transferrable unless cancelled from RPS studio side.
