<p>each muscle group will be targeted in small 3-5 minute sections Including squats, biceps, triceps, shoulders, lunges, and finishing with a core workout </p>
<p>Developing lean muscle mass will increase your metabolism which translates to your body burning fuel for hours after your workout.</p>
<p>You will build strength in your shoulders, arm, chest, back, hips, glutes, quads, as well as . You will feel Tru-ly Strong.</p>
