Strength starts from the inside and that is where we will be targeting our work during this 45 min High intensity interval training style circuit class. 

Elements of resistance training, yoga, TRX, calestetics  and Plyometrics will be combined to strengthen the complete Core.

Developing lean m uscles mass will increase your metabolism which translates to your body burning fuel for hours after your workout.

You will build strength in your shoulders, arm, chest, back, hips, glutes, quads, as well as diaphragm and pelvic floor. You will feel Tru-ly Core-geous.

Every level welcome modifications will be provided.

This class requires running shoes and workout wear. water and towel recommended
