This class is open to all levels of experience, and is a great
introduction to those who have wanted to try a vinyasa/flow class,
but are not sure what it's about!
This class includes flowing from one posture to another,
balance, strength and breathing techniques. It is designed to offer
some challenge to students, while relieving stress and deepening
the mind/body connection.
Focus is on proper alignment, use of props, and modifications
to accommodate individual practices. Some Yoga experience is
recommended, but not required for this class.
