This dynamic vinyasa class is designed to empower each student to move to the rhythm of their own breath.
The instructor will guide the students through different postures within a sequence then slowly encourage the students to move through the sequence with their own empowerment. This freedom creates a space for the student to explore their mind, body, and spirit through continuous movement. Though challenging, this class is great for beginners looking to deepen their practice.
The studio is not heated for this class, but be prepared to get your sweat on! We recommend that you bring water and a towel.
