Tower Classes bring the best of the Pilates Cadillac (also known as The Trap Table) into the Reformer room. This workout uses the entire body which will increase strength and flexibility in all ranges of motion. Tower Classes use the spring resistance to give feedback to the mover. The springs can assist some of Pilates more challenging movements as well as provide resistance for increased weight bearing and strength.
The Beginner Tower series will prepare the student for any Reformer/Tower class at The Pilates Studio
Class Details:

- No experience with Pilates needed to participate.
- This series is limited to 8 clients.
- This series meets at The Pilates Studio for 6 classes
- The 7th week is our Make up class in case you miss one during the series. Perfect attendance? Use the 7th week as a bonus class for an extra $24.
