A friendly, welcoming environment for those who want to move gently.
In this 75 minute class, we dedicate 25 minutes to relaxation,
gentle breath work and meditation.
The movement part of the class takes you through a complete gentle
yoga practice in all stations - lying down, sitting, all-fours and
standing. The focus is on improving joint health, gently
strengthening and developing body awareness in a relaxing,
supportive setting.
