Hatha Yoga is the oldest yoga
system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and
pranayama (breathing exercises) in a manner that's thought to bring
peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual
practices such as meditation.
In this flow you'll begin with a
Gentle Flow of postures that eases into more challenging poses that
your teacher will workshop, strengthening your core, hips, quads
and shoulders.
Bring a towel and water.
