Yin is a practice that combines the physical postures with meditation techniques. Deeply influnced by the Chinese Traditional Medicine model it is a highly therapeudic style that works with subtilty on the denser tissues in the body. It's so much more than just the same old yoga poses just held for longer.
In a culture that promotes busyness and multi tasking, Yin provides a much needed balance. Equally productive for athletes, the elderly and the super stressed, Yin is more in demand.
Yintensive Module II is for Yoga teachers who have already completed Module I. Building on Module I we will explore Yin sequencing and theming, observation, propping and assisting for Yin Yoga classes. The training is taught by Mandy Ryle a Yoga Alliance YAECP approved instructor and will count toward 15 continuing education hours for Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers. Curriculum will include:
- Yin sequencing
- Theming
- Assisting
This is a 15 Hour Yin Teacher Training. There are two options for Module II
