Vinyasa flow centers on connecting breath to movement. Through a sequence of yoga poses, we combine flexibility and strength. Building strength in your upper body,lower body and core.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Please bring your own mat. Other Props will be provided that are throughly cleaned after each use. If you feel more comfortable to bring own props including yoga blocks, yoga strap or an extra blanket. We also have some available for purchase. Enjoy Class!
