Come enjoy a relaxing afternoon of gentle restorative Yin Stretching followed by a full 40 minute guided yoga nidra meditation practice.
• Yin Yoga is deep stretching to increase flexibility, erase tension and increase circulation.

Unlike shorter versions this workshop presents the full practice of yoga nidra backed by ancient spiritual teachings and the latest scientific studies. Yoga Nidra speaks to your subconscious mind and trains it for something NEW beyond programmed habits and negativity so that you may experience the profound joy of your heart that is always radiating and pulsating within.
• We start the class with Deep Yin Stretching and Gentle Movement targeting Deep Myofascial Release
• Followed by a full 40 minutes of relaxing guided meditation into all 8 Stages of Yoga Nidra (done entirely on our backs in comfort)
• The full Yoga Nidra practice has been scientifically proven to:
