GENTLER YOGA

This slow paced class, inspired by the Viniyoga tradition of therapeutic yoga, uses simple postures in sequences designed to focus on strength and alignment while soothing the nervous system for a grounding yoga practice. Most sequences include a variety of lying, seated and kneeling postures along with breath work and meditation. Props, modifications and adaptations are offered to find a variation of each posture that best suits your body. 

 
This class will be held in the hot room with the temperature set to a cozy 80-85 degrees.
 
• THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: All levels, especially those brand-new to yoga; Those who have recently recovered from injury. 
 
• THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: Clients with an acute, active injury
 
• MUST BRING: Mat
